COLE

COLE

Cole was once just a regular guy. Running parcels on his beat up old bike, taking all kinds of slack from his boss... yeah, he was a real nobody. But then the Blast tore apart Empire City and his world changed in a heartbeat. Suddenly Cole's got powers he could never have imagined. Suddenly he’s on the run from the law. Suddenly he’s some kinda superhero.

They say that with great power comes great responsibility, which means Cole must have a hell of a lot to take care of. But he’s mad too – mad at whoever’s framed him for the Blast. Mad at the cops who wanna run him down. Mad, with the power to get even. So what’s it gonna be? Is he gonna shed a lot of blood on his way to revenge? Or is he gonna be a good guy and protect the innocent? It’s your call.

As Cole navigates the city streets and learns to master his powers, his every move will have repercussions on the people around him – everyday folk, just like Cole was. Play it nice or play it mean, earn respect or incite fear as you learn to be a superhero, but remember – there’s a fine line between being famous and being inFAMOUS.

POWERS

POWERS

Since the Blast, Cole has picked up some electrifying powers. Like some kind of human dynamo, he can draw electricity from the city's power grid and use it to fry anyone that gets in his way. And just like electricity, his charges run through metal -- so if any punk tries to hide behind a dumpster or a burnt-out car, just zap it and the charge'll fry him quicker than a chicken wing. But let’s get this clear, Cole is not invincible. Empire City's in one hell of a state and blackouts are common – if Cole finds himself in a dark part of town and unable to access the grid, his powers are gonna dry up. That means he’s vulnerable. So try to keep those street lights and car batteries in sight...

Cole’s arsenal:

Cole’s arsenal:

Lightning Bolt: Unleash this high-voltage blast and electrocute enemies or fry the hell out of anything that gets in your way. Shockwave: Transmit a wave of high-impact energy and send cars flying, or blast bad guys off rooftops. Bio Leech Locate an enemy and then suck the electricity from the neurons in his brain. Pulse Heal Play the hero and heal the wounded with a short burst of electrical energy to their chest. Contact Powers Use this trio of powers to enable civilians to join you in battle.  Shock Grenade Fire off these balls of explosive energy to create a powerful, localised blast. Lightning Storm Harness the charged particles in the air to summon a colossal lightning strike. Precision Use this advanced ability to slow down time, zoom in on your target and then snipe him with a precise bolt of electricity. Arc Restraint Play it passive-aggressive by binding your enemies’ hands and feet and pinning them to the ground. Thunder Drop Leap from a tall building and slam down into the ground, creating an electric shockwave that sends people and objects flying.

KARMA METER

After the Blast, Cole is karmically neutral, but once the killings begin, morality starts to get a little complicated. The Karma Meter ranks Cole’s karma according to the morality of his actions. Take out your enemies and the meter slides into the blue, slay the innocent and the meter moves to the red. Your karma meter ranking activates your good and evil upgrades, adapting your powers accordingly.
